Thread Media Related Problem??? Did I lose my song? How can I restore it?

Please Help Me...:o

I'm new so please bare with me. I normally save my song at the prompt right before starting a new groove or shutting down. Today I decided to go to the tool bar and click save. Well... now when I try and load my song, I get the following error message: "THE OPERATION COULD NOT BE COMPLETED BECAUSE OF A MEDIA RELATED PROBLEM." I did happen to write down the path to the C drive, but I don't know what to do next to retrieve and restore my song.

I would really appreciate any help that you can give.
