Hi,
I'm having a problem with latency in cubase sx, can someone tell me how to change the buffer settings in cubase? I cant seem to find how to do this. the latency in Reason running on the same machine is fine, so it must be something to do with reason.
(im using a dell centrino laptop 1.4Ghz 512Mb ram + m-audio midi keyboard)
cheers!

Hi,
under the instrument menu, you will see "Device Setup"
from the ensuing window, choose VST Multitrack, and you should see the buffer settings there.

Hi, also look in your programlist  cubase sx  a window will open and you'll find different possibilitys concerning buffersize settings
and also to run a systemtest.Bufferblocks here! around 5000.
You'll see what I mean. In device set up in cubase use 1024 samples if you're about too use vst FM7 like.
