Thread Cubase Mixdown Help

I'm trying to do a mixdown on cubase and I keep getting an "error with mixdown" message everytime I press save just before the mixdown. I can't for the life of me figure out why this is happening, I've tried everything, and there's nothing in the manual to explain this problem, any help would be greatly appreciated

You have to select start and end of your mixdown with two little arrows in the upper black field on your cubase desktop. If you'll get error mesage just switch the arrows. Those from end move to start and from start move it to end. If you have trubles I'll send you a picture.
