HELP! using Reason with a guitar synth

I bought a Yamaha EZ-EG guitar synth the other day to use as a MIDI controller with Reason. Reason seems to only recieve MIDI signals on one channel at a time, but the EZ-EG outputs each string to a different channel (1-6). That means I can only use one string at a time! There must be some way around this. Can anyone help?
