I put in V1 in my "small" Fender Excelsior whose channel "Bright" (before amendment) lacks bass. These lamps provide great warmth and sustain the sound of the channel whose only quality is to have acute slamming even with the speaker and the Chinese original lamps. They are made in the USA, not too few and not very expensive (when it is) ...
