I do not understand those who love this contraption ... Hello flatness of sound! no relief! no air!
It can be used for sounds "clean" to the limit ... but when I use a distortion sound is flat and personally I feel a real difference!
For me, it's useless to have a credible mix or guitars are ahead!

I bought it for recording the album in my group and after hours of testing I finally found a solution that gave me much satisfaction and realism (although nothing beats a power with microphone): My Triaxis preamp plugged into a POD with only the simulation of activated HP! and again ... there is the "heat" lamps!

I can tell you that this is not a question of taste in sound reproduction ... but rather a history of sound quality! (In addition to the POD, we can put the speaker you want!)

on the other hand ... to use Live, Palmer should get out a lot .. and should be misled!
