Hiscox Cases STD-EF

I bought this case a month ago for a guitar stratabound (the Ibanez S540). The case is a bit too wide but it is sufficiently well-padded and designed to be adapted (to line cushions findable at the dealer). Bought in a shop in the Rue de Douai, this model was equipped with a strap that allows custom to wear shoulder. The seller told me that these straps was an order from the shop to the manufacturer (UK). It is certainly a welcome development when it was already busy hands to take a flight case. The construction is sound, the handle is at a point well balanced and you feel you can trust the beast to protect his beloved guitar. The technology is deformation under impact, it takes the case. So there is a risk of serious damage to its case if exposed dangerously. The groove aluminum is cleverly "sealed" to protect the instrument from sudden changes in temperature in the holds of aircraft. Compression by the closure system is perfect. Between housing and the body of the head, a door conceals a cavity large enough to store a cable, picks, a small tuner, a box of earplugs, a mechanical capo, a bottleneck and a few sets of strings . I took a black case with electric blue wig. The manufacturer also offers cases in ivory white finish and wig available in black or red. Nothing to say so if this is the traditional criticism with respect to the lock, purely decorative as totally ineffective. I finally vested in this case a Telecaster that feels like home and I cased the Fender Ibanez in the case where it fits perfectly (photos in my profile).
