Well, then I think everything has been said!

UTILIZATION

Same: it's a pedal, it's simple to understand and use ...

SOUND QUALITY

This is where it gets funny. The sound is synthetic, metallic, just awful. In their place, I never sold it. I thought it came from my transistor amp, as some have said, but when tested on my very light ENGL screamer, it is the same its quite crap. Fortunately the lead of my ENGL hi just raise the level. Do not even try to raise the tone too much, you could die laughing so much it's awful. Ultimately, for agreements, rhythmic, and letting the tone almost to 0, the term may be less grain rot (a mixture of notes requires), but when attempting a solo, it soon returns to reality ...

OVERALL OPINION

I preferred to buy a brand lamps hi gain rather than suffer this atrocity. Just because I was looking for THE sound of distortion (well, for my taste!), And I thought this pedal would ... If you say that Vai and Satriani's own, so it should sound, forget it, because and they have nothing to do with the DS1 taiwan.
I hesitate between the bear to show it to my friends scratch, just to type a good time to laugh, or sell it, but I would be disrespectful if I tried to sell this waste. I put 2 / 10 for robustness (that BOSS) for the supplied battery, and also because There's the sound that comes out, anyway ... xD
