Value For Money : Excellent

a distortion pedal, nothing more classic in form.
entrance, exit.
trap for a 9v battery or external power supply.
Indestructible! it's been 15 years since I have it, she did not move except for a pet or two. It still works flawlessly.

UTILIZATION

Always in agreement with previous notices ...
Manuel strictly unnecessary.
Easy configuration: the five buttons allow you to quickly and accurately identify the range of sound that one seeks.

SOUND QUALITY

The distortion effect is very present, it is for, right? So absolute efficiency.
It is perfectly sound metal in the 80's, early 90's: it is very typical, hard to get out of "metal" with.
A good place to adjust treble / bass (edge / punch) it can get very heavy, maintaining beautiful harmonies!
I used to flesh out the repulsive distortion of my amp fender transistor of the same era and I was delighted. It was a very long time the companion of my Ibanez Sabre and my baby cry.
Today it is filed away in a drawer, I'm using it more as crook much less in the group, I use the tube screamer and more the big muff, pedals where I found a more manipulable.

OVERALL OPINION

+: To do the big riff, it excels.
-: Versatility almost impossible in my opinion.
That said, I did not have much experience in this field.
Excellent value for money.
As said before: I would do without question the choice plunging 15 years earlier. Today not.
