I was surprised by the lightness of the machine compared to all the other pedals of this type I (Fulltone, cusack, TCelectronic ...)
Made in China, supposed to be a clone of the Suhr Riot.
UTILIZATION
Not simple, plug, turn, it sounds (or not depending on taste)
SOUND QUALITY
For context, I play 70s rock (not metal), I like natural overdrive, the crunch has high distortion. I usually play on OCD, preceded by a tube factor, all in a twin or a C30. I do not like the tube screamer, except to override a sound already saturated. I did not like overdrives that eat up the bass ...
By buying this pedal, I was looking for a high-gain distortion, but also capable of making slight crunch. Mission acomplie. The grain is slightly pushed in the midrange, but it allows him to get the mix just right. The gain is huge, I got very easily feedback and notes inifinies has santana .. But even at maximum gain, it can have a slight crunch just turning down the volume of the guitar (a strat dlx over 93 equipped with dual Seymour simple format).
OVERALL OPINION
I've had six months but I rarely used. However, tests and Repeated convinced me. There are several demos on YouTube that are very realistic.
For the price, it absolutely must not hesitate ...
