I installed the boards a year ago. The sound is good, not as much as on the ernie ball, but it's much better than the original sound of the strings .. Please note these strings have a really great in the Blues, jazz, rock quiet, nothing to say, if you want to play the BB King, Knopfler, Hendrix, and other such strings are for you.
