The 315 replaced the 316 since, is an excellent entry-level amp. At NAD, "entry level" does not mean worse, but simply less powerful ...
2 x 40W of 315 enough for me. Have not (yet) active monitor speakers, he flew Solid B & W speakers and a subwoofer Yamaha YST SW 45.
His response is very linear, which allows me a comfortable use computer music.
For the living room, I have a C372 ...
