The motor winding from the top 25cm woofer.
I use these speakers with an amp household Marantz 1122DC
over the front grille protects the transducers without much real filter
because the sound behind the fabric there is a layer of metal protection
great when you have small children or a cat that likes to do his claws.
SOUNDS
On the frequency curve adjustment of tweeter and midrange is provided on the front
the stereo is very good
sound perfectly clear and precise for a perfect listening classical to jazz
through the rock or pop as low at high SPL.
the performance of these speakers is 88dB at 1 meter for 1watt away what is correct
no more.
OVERALL OPINION
I use these speakers since 1978 and can not change
JBL sound really reflects what we hear in concert is great
After testing many other brands under the same conditions I opted
L 50 for a micro test alone (my voice) with the last conccurents
Cabasse Sampan 310 heavy.
the price / quality ratio is outstanding against everything I've tested
Today I would do the same choice.
One small downside, the boomers remembranage too expensive because
one workshop in France I suppose, where no conccurents = 400 euros suspension.voilà how good things go away ..... JBL but I give 10/10
Despite this handicap rather sad.
