Danelectro is my original early 60's, so manufacturing USA.19 frets, a single micro lipstick.chevalet floating palissandre.manche classic, very pleasant to play.
UTILIZATION
It's a completely hollow guitars in the minds of half a box with a rose, it was sold at the time without microphone, this one was optional, it is both an acoustic and an electric. with a body a little thicker than standard Danelectro Silvertone and more hollow and is a guitar that can also play without the plug, it has enough volume pour.branchée is another thing, the mic potato has a lot of lipstick pickups as often in those days, quite full circle, certainly has the depth of the box, very dynamic and rich in harmonics.
SOUNDS
It obviously lends itself to blues, slide and picking saturation but it's amazing, but still an abrasive grain ultra precise, with a royal feedback, short but good ... amateur garage rock, welcome to the club. fender amp .. welcome, vox ... it's great if not the top one supro 50 years with the output transformer tired and welcome to the bayou, or in the most twisted album of Tom Waits ... absolutely nothing reissue do with Korean or Chinese ... ah ah ah
OVERALL OPINION
Silvertone with my other (I'm a fan of lipstick), I use it to open, and most of the time to slide, or picking style Doc Watson / Chet Atkins ... but sometimes in standard tuning plugged into an old fender with a lamp and a mxr distortion + sonics old, dirty souhait.je a remake obviously that choice, I jump on anything that is buffered or Danelectro Silvertone ...
