I got it on a guitar bought from OCCAZ 4 years ago.
It was installed by former owner who had no real humbucker and therefore put it. A little weird at first, then the display used to it (see photo).
For my game I found it very suitable microphone. The clean sound is interesting, just as I love vintage but still a mat. In disto it makes me think of the solos can be heard in Megadeth.
After a simple guitar pickups, more "Fenderienne" In short, the sound must be radically different. Those making more wood snapping high frequencies, I doubt it keeps the grain a bit soft.
For my use of metalheads it suits me perfectly.
