I use it for a year on a Squier Stratocaster. They have given a facelift to my first guitar that I did not swing or allow the closet.
What I like about the 85's is the saturated clean, precise.
As against its clear it sounds dry on my guitar (it's not high end either). I think with a good violin, they should make a better quality of sound.
100 acqurir for this micro active, I think that's enough, it should be used even better now.
With the experience I will choose the 89 (splitable), a little more expensive but offer even more opportunities
