After 10 years of use 3 on my Les Paul, I can not Sparer me! And a Mesa Dual Rectifier took its magnitude toue !!!!!!!!!
The 85 is perfect in the neck position (such as kit Wylde with his cousin, 81) is a micro in any way aggressive. It has a warm and sweet like a chocolate eclair fresh in the morning (a fact you the same effect as when you boulangre is everything in a small bag and with the sourrire: you worry tired!)
It is clear that the leap to the EMG is quite hard and deserves careful consideration! In my case, I'm a fan of Zakk Wylde, no worries, when I saw what it was I said "BANCO"!
Price level: there are better, but when you love you do not count!
Small precision: Unlike ides reues the EMG (81, 85, 89) are not just a big fan of public sounds enormous ... etc. Of course they are extremely comfortable in this area but I was testing with a more quiet kind of Jazz / Rock Jazz or Blues or (if you get there because I can not get it) its clear to the Funk .... you tell me new .....
