SOUND QUALITY

Sound pretty disappointed at this price .. Forcemment with all options and this beautiful golden frame, you can not have everything, eh.
J did not love the different possibilities of the lamp, it quickly nag. Or as an effect, if you really want a sound rot! J exaggeration, but for me it is the only interest of the machine. We find much better stereo preamp for less.

OVERALL OPINION

I got one month, tests and trials led me to sell it direct.
I could compare a design of grace, u 610 telefunken rft 676 and 810, all above and cheaper (apart the 610).
This is certainly an issue, and if there be one raleur tjs, well that's me!

The GoldMike Mk2 is the successor of GoldMike first name, and contains the essential CHARACTERISTICS this one: pramplification hybrid lamp / transistor circuit Flair own e SPL (harmonic addition, just like a enhancer) , and its all transparent (at least that's what I dduit over agreements Goldmike Mk1 notice that I have not heard).

I use the Goldmike for over a year now, and I love this prampli.

I love its sound quality, transparency makes it versatile, but also SETTING THE Flair and lamps that add each take one of his touch, depending on the mood!

In short a beautiful machine, enjoyable to use, and ringing of the fire of God!

I t ammen to Goldmike by the intermdiaire GainStation which allowed me to put one foot in the universe SPL, and realize the quality of the range of the brand.

The price quality ratio is excellent, and you really quibbling to assign the default next to its price. Can perhaps be criticized from the sound of the Hi-Z, although my tests in this area does not shoot with a variation on instruments large enough to have an opinion DEFINITIONS.

In short, I would do without hsiter this choice, and I still eyeing everything that SPL!

OVERALL OPINION

Everything has been said, I bring just a personal opinion.
I use it for 2 years and is a monster of quality and clarity. Nothing to do with his hyper charge lower midrange of Avalon.
I have a board, use the jack on your Over-Head drums with a pair of C414 or KM184 or octava .. and adding it a good converter (I use the RME ADI2 from home, excellent). Since this purchase, all my batteries finally air .... Do not hesitate!
Wonderful on bass, guitar or electric acoutisque amp winded. For cons, I do not put on lead vocals, I prefer my liquid channel. But the chorus is fine, they place themselves all alone in the mix next.
Truly an excellent machine.
