Best value: Excellent
Solid Cedar (Pressure Tested)
Back & Sides: Wild Cherry
Cream Binding
Silver maple neck
Rosewood fingerboard and bridge
Nut in Tusq ® nut and compensated bridge
Finish: Semi-Gloss Custom Polished Finish

Correct finish but could have been better for a guitar to 389 €. In fact the community is a model series S series with small camouflaged by default finish called "rustic". For my part the binding cream is joined at the wrong jumper (not visible from below) and the overlay of "dots" on the handle at the 12th fret is not right.

Varnish very very end ... put careful hands. Completely prevents the journey of guitar here and there ... pity.

UTILIZATION

Channel pleasant way Seagull S6. Very round and moderately thick, it holds well in hand but seem not suit everyone, so try before you buy. The satin finish is a real plus in terms of feel and playability
The frets are perfectly finished and once the action settled the small onions that is impressive: the guitar is extremely comfortable to play. Really impressive for an acoustic guitar.
Oil bath mechanical quality correct that explicitly grants it. Tusq saddle in good quality and well finished.

Mini Jumbo shape ... a discovery for me. It is neither confusing nor captivating ... it's different. The body is thinner than a dreadnought model but the "ass" is more rounded. This does not interfere with the practice of the instrument. Be careful though, such an ergonomics does not fit everyone.

Access to acute correct key joins the body at 14th fret. The junction body / neck is relatively thick (compared with the last lag). No pan-cut ...

Get started immediately (it is better on an instrument of this price) and also immediate seduction.

SOUNDS

We arrive on land particularly subjective: that sounds from the instrument.

The red cedar has its admirers and detractors, I personally think that wood is perfect for accompaniment.

The alloy Cedar red / cherry, satin finish and shape Mini-Jumbo guitar gives a projection impressive. If you count singing while playing, you have to sing loud.

Plectrum sound is quickly (after using the ropes) saturated with treble and midrange. This became even more picking. This can be annoying or confusing at times. I would have liked a more balanced guitar with less acute and more went to bass. It is perfect for accompaniment or play cushy home.

Apart from this small problem, the record is obviously excellent. The sound is good ... very good. It's particularly fit with other instrument by its sound and color equalization oriented natural midrange / treble.

The guitar takes its full extent in picking.

I expect a significant change in the minutes of the massive table ... we'll see.

OVERALL OPINION

Played for 1 month, I am partially satisfied. Not because the instrument is of poor quality because the finish is good (thanks Seagull) and the comfort of amazing game, but the sound is unique (the form, the alloy of wood?). I would have preferred more pronounced bass.

I tried the S6, and I should go to the S6 had a much more balanced and had a similar finish.

The quality / price is good.

My advice is to try before buying. It very likely will appeal. If you're tempted by Seagull models, consider trying the S6.
