I have not used yet the functions of edition.
Manual clear, but not complete, I think. I came across a way to play chords to accompany the style Am7 / D (eg Maiden voyage) live, and in the manual section is incomplte.
Ergonomics gnrale trs good (but the command (s) split is not accessible by a key, you must navigate and in some cases it is not practical).
OVERALL OPINION
I for 8 days and 80 hours of use, I have not been around but I can say easily that:
+ + Sounds are outstanding (I had dozens of keyboards: wurlitzer, rhodes, DX7, Juno 60, PF 10, Clavinova, GEM ps2500 ......), some are falling down (you judge, not those in forcment mga voice), this level is 10/10, awaiting the next bit in 1024 etc. .......
+ + Styles, Varis, (3 intros, 3 for, 4 variations, a wagon, 4 multi pads ...)
Listen to the flamenco, play guitar with nylon key harmony / echo, + pads!
I would like to + intros though.
The amplification is specifically developed to tudie this machine with subwoofer (watch the walls) it does not saturate even bottom (limiter). Some find the "mdiums" less work than bass or treble, I do not believe (or not enough ear) on this point.
I do not like: lack of memory (you have a hard drive is optional).
I was considering buying a PSR 9000, expecting to find opportunities around 1500 euros, there is but when I saw and heard the TYROS I cracked: Euro 3100, not 3800!
The beautiful stand is optional (220 euros!)
Let's say that 3100 is a Q / P that I could afford, as a pure amateur. In 3800 I think I hsit or expected opportunities (in 4 years?)
If c'tait again: 100% OK, I am both Paco de Lucia, Herbie Hancock, Bill Evans, Duke, DJ Abdel, Michel Legrand, Santana, Tito Puente, John Lee Hooker ..... I go back guys!
