It is a micro Condenser (see website m-audio).

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 6 months for the voice (singing) only.
The quality is very good for my taste and I get taken precise. He has a bump in the mids, but it can be offset either by approaching when taking (use a pop filter of course), or playing with the EQ. I use it on an audio card and so you can get same effect warmest thanks to plug-in simulation of a lamp preamps etc ...

I am very happy, especially for the price.
