Condenser microphone large-diaphragm, more particularly suitable for singing.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for 1 year already
Appreciated features: the price, "true" pro microphone. Too bad the suspension is so expensive.
Compared to big brother U87, or the TLM 193, the 103 sounds a bit tight, lacks precision and clarity, it requires a good equalizer to make good sound. So the logical "price" is met, the TLM103 sounds worse compared to others, but it is also cheaper. I'd say it's a microphone in the entry level range (although the price may seem high). But if you really want a more precise mic, I recommend waiting a little longer and buy a TLM193 (possibly second hand), which is a one class (price) higher.
