Furt

Russian condenser microphone large-diaphragm, looking very spartan, one can look at old-fashioned.
Cardioid, Frequency range: 40Hz-16kHz, pad - 10db, low-cut filter (the switches are rather rudimentary and fragile).
As mentioned earlier, we need a suspension that takes the body of the micro tight if you want to avoid mechanical noise that speak volumes about the quality of manufacture of certain Oktava.
OVERALL OPINION
That said, the sound of the MK 219 is pretty awesome.
It is true that by cutting the treble from 16kHz, Oktava does not take too much risk in terms of aggressiveness. However, this microphone is very homogeneous. It generates a soft and warm well balanced which makes it useful in many situations. I know classical guitarists who were amazed by the sound qualities of MK 219.
In addition, its price puts it within reach of every budget.
Attention, this is not a Neumann U87 or even an AKG 414, but it can render excellent services with its musicality.
I have two that I use very often.
