Just the result of experience: the microphones samson co1 co3 do not resemble the other a las:
I made comparisons between diferents co1 co3 and rendering is not always the same:
Some defend themselves plustot well: clear sound balanced contours net ...
and other hazy, sketchy, deaf ...
Then a council to try several before buying one ... it's not always easy ... but it can change many things.
