Have you tried many other models before buying it? Yes, m audio luna nova and a nice little micro nova, but no comparison with the SE electronics since the nova remains well below. The Luna has been a disaster for me! If you are in home studio run away! This one will capture even the pet of a fly, in fact far too sensitive!

How would you rate the quality / price? Excellent. For the home studio being afraid to get too much noise surrounding the SE is perfect for electronics focuses on what he has before him. Judge for yourself:
