OVERALL OPINION
Audiotechnica sells mid-range or high range with very competitive rates. The market opportunity is quite low, and as the products are of very good quality, they tend to do good business. I use the AT3035 microphone for three years now and I must say it gave me a lot of services. It is neutral and versatile, good sensitivity to record sounds and dynamics at relatively low self-noise and low enough not to be disappointed. It is a micro I recommend against the plethora of sub-brands of home studio. We are professional in the field with adequate characteristics and excellent reliability. In this range, I prefer the AKG C214 is more expensive but well crafted and precise, and of course more difficult to use.
