Sampler looper and incidentally preamp
2 in: instrument and microphone
An input line in CD or other
2 inputs for additional switches (FSU): Change tracks and reverse
1 out

UTILIZATION

Setup is very simple: twin pedal used to restructure the left switch record / loop, overdub and possibility to erase the last recorded loop.
Switch right: stop, erase (all), tap tempo.
1 master volume, volume tempo, a track select knob and a level inst / mic. Other treats, but nothing very complicated: simple and effective!
Manuel succinct but clear
Edidtion sounds (loops here), a breeze!

SOUND QUALITY

Ras does not completely color the sound and restores good in the amp.
Small flat for loops, loss of volume at each "stack" of loops: after two layers, the following layers are less sound.
Use with electric guitar and bass, and microphone with acoustic + (sm57 for the experts) on the mic.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for more than 10 years, it was my first purchase of this type.
Initially, I used it mainly for jamming with me, work my solos.
Then to compose and record ideas on the fly. Now I use it in my preamp for acoustic guitar through a Shure SM 57 and the microphone: duo very effective! Realistic sound to perfection, the signal can be adjusted before the amp and I can add effects to independent power connected to the same toy, and everything on a single amp. The Loopstation has naturally found its way into my line of effects, both "fun" of samples and in terms preamp for acoustic!
It lacks memory, an extension, as it quickly becomes limited ...
With experience, I would do the same choice, but 50 RC ;-)
