Double humbucker Epiphone guitar, 22 frets, fixed bridge, a tone control and a knob.
Channel type gibson ... Finally, by far. rather thick neck.
It is built in Asia, against the country I'm not sure: x
In any case, paid about 200 € at that time (2003), I found that the value for money was to meet you =)
The wood used are of mahogany, heavy wood, sounds in the bass ... in general.
I said it's still a 2003 model, its characteristics may have changed!

UTILIZATION

In retrospect, the handle is rather domed or too much. To start it is quite difficult.
Access to acute ... say with a scraper of this type, it goes up too ... So access is difficult.
Level ergonomics The guitar is quite heavy, but the form does not mind.
I do not recommend playing standing, it still weighs his weight)
The big downside to this guitar are its mechanical, often we are surprised to retune ...

SOUNDS

This guitar is suitable for styles such as blues, jazz ... sounds very "old" I would say.
I use a marshall mgdfx15 home, and with a roland cube 40 (orange boxes).
So for sound, there are two microphones, one softer and one more slam.
it's not micro at 300 € each but it is doing quite respectably. In any case, I like =)
I admit that fact, in the sounds are really quite clear, but against, level disto ...
I think it's to the amp (the marshall), but I often his drooling ... so I do not play that clear.
However, to begin in the metal, it can also do the trick ... (If this is your first skyscraper, not worth spending more)

OVERALL OPINION

I use this guitar for some years now, 3 or 4 ...
The form had attracted ... the glossy black suited her so well ...
then it was my first scratch too ... what I like most is the memories that are due.
What I hate most is those damned lifts!
Since it was my first guitar, I totally trusted the seller (at the time, I wanted to play metal, metal ... but I changed the guitar has adapted =))
personally, the value for money is not bad, for two hundred euros, mahogany (yes, well, it's not massive, it's done in Korea, but good), two knobs that are doing honorably, logo epiphone ... And those pesky mechanical!
I do not think I would have bought if I had known that the sleeves on the gibs not suit me ... We had to try, but hey, hindsight is a good shovel.
The sleeves TV / strato / ibanez, thinner, and I agree more.
and then buy a scraper that will not fit in that price range, it expands your musical culture x)
So go try it ... You see, it defends itself.
