Published on 07/08/04 at 15:00I got this guitar used (i think) at Long and McQuade in Regina, Saskatchewan for about $160.00. I got this guitar because my 2nd cousin works there and he recommended this guitar to me.
This guitar kicks some ass! It has dual humbuckers that really scream at higher volumes and at lower volumes can give you that really nice warm tingly feeling. With the Marshall MG10CD amp this guitar can get you a multitude of different sounds with very few settings.
The strings dont stay in tune very long but that could partly be because they are older strings.
Great overall construction. Solid body, middle weight and a mid size neck that all works together seamlessly to give a pretty good sounding guitar.
Overall this is a great beginner guitar. If you need something better go spend more money but if you are just staring this is the guitar you want.
