« Gibson Les Paul Studio »
Published on 06/26/01 at 15:00I bought my Gibson LP Studio 6 months ago. The reason I decided on Gibson was name and quality. I purchased it new, for AUS$2000.
The tone and look, classic LP, wine red, with gold hardware, looks amazing under lights. Gibson sustain. The notes ring out long after the last strum.
Solid body, mahogany with maple top. Gibson are renown for their guitars.
First instrument I've owned that didn't halve in value the moment I left the store.
I've dropped it, thrown it onto planes, played it until my fingers were raw, and it's still making me sound better than I am.
