Value For Money : Excellent
In the 50s, the Melody Maker beginners silent version of the Les Paul. It has the same shape, but without the table, without varnish, with one single coil pickup and a trs simple wraparound bridge. The Melody Maker 2007 is the closest reproduction of the original, not to be confused with current version, double team a microphone. It is manufactured to sr United States.
We have:
* A simple micro, especially the guitar and on any other Gibson Submitted
* A volume, a tonalitbr /> * A handle 50's style, so pretty big
And that's all.
The painting is known to be particulirement dgueu on this guitar, so much so that on mine it does carrment Fully turns by the former owner! The look is all the better for me.

UTILIZATION

The guitar is enjoyable to play, trslgre, it's almost like a toy! The handle is great if you have large hands, perhaps a little less otherwise ... Even when it is large enough, we like it or not. Personally I love it.
This handle, and Access in acute (not bad, but still a Les Paul from this point of view l), do not make a guitar for the game idalie ultrafast awful fa Schreder is. This is a machine plutt riffs and bluesy solos.
Easily obtained a good sound condition to play on the knob of Tone ... and to love his Melody Maker, trs typ without equivalent in Gibson.

SOUNDS

Then the sound ... Premire thing: it's not a Les Paul or SG at a discount. The Melody Maker has its own sound, which has nothing do with those of his seniors. This is a guitar that achte for itself, not to imitate one another.
At its plutt it approaches a Telecaster, and more aggressive and even more basic. The microphone is amazingly powerful, by the aid rsonance empty guitar, impressive for an instrument of this price range. Play the Tone knob is required to: Tone background, the sound will often be too aggressive in the treble, by lowering the body is rcupre ranging up almost compensate for the lack of neck pickup. From this we get Manir get sounds amazingly Varis, even if the basic spirit remains the same. Tone zero or low rev it a little amme ct "acoustic guitar".
Personally I play the blues with this guitar though dirty, fingers or slide and is perfect for a. It will also trs well for everything Punk, and other styles o sound dirty and goes inside is ncessaire.
As it is less clear sound INTERESTED is a guitar that needs a little dirt to be fully expressed.

OVERALL OPINION

For an instrument of this price, the Melody Maker is surprising trs. I have lots of guitars on jou Chres not, and we feel it is much use dtach lot: it's a guitar that has its own personality, and a DGIG Print-General for "real musical instrument" not found often in this price range. The Gibson logo on the head probably also plays a little, to be honnte, but I do not think it is limited to: o)
Please note that said, it's not the guitar for everyone: it requires of its apprcier this typ trs and not be on horseback or on finishing versatility. But if you take it for what it is, it may be the best qualitprix all the guitar market today (in time, it goes without saying).
