Here is my opinion on my StingRay 5 (I put for sale).
It is 2000, honey color burst (great!) Button stocky, white plate.
The body is frne and handle all Rabl.
The electronic type is actibe 3 voice (low, medium and high), plus of course a volume control, and finally a slecteur three positions for the micro configuration (single coil, or parallle SERIES) .
Trs good bass, rugged construction and impeccable finish.
UTILIZATION
The handle is trs enjoyable as it is both slightly thick and the key is not large (at least for a 5 string).
In vrit is low I have chosen to move from the four 5-string, and I'm used instantanment thanks the handle on which one feels something IMMEDIATE "natural". But I had a "heavy" in the course of Contents low when I bought it, including as low diffrent that may be of the Ibanez, the Rickenbacker, the Precision Bass, the Jazz Bass , the Telecaster Bass, and even a StingRay 4-string.
Access in acute is excellent, and one fawn over gnrale the ergonomics of this bass is excellent. Without being a lightweight is not inherently heavy, and it is remarkable balance.
Trs still good here.
SOUNDS
Despite the presence on the march of hundreds of MODELS REALLY low quality of work, the StingRay 5 was normment uses. And by musicians from trs Varis, which tends dmontrer its versatility trs.
Jazz Bass sound almost to his standard "big sender", to the slap of which it is my opinion the queen, this bass fits all styles, whether you play the fingers or mdiator.
In any honntet I never learn russi a bad sound.
OVERALL OPINION
This is my second StingRay 5, a total distance (for models) of three years using fairly intense.
The new price is excessive in France, even if the quality is really at the meeting.
If I am not qute n'tais new musical horizons, so no hsitation the StingRay 5 was my main option.
I sell just because I now seeking a sound and feeling really coming out of the ordinary, and I currently have a low current building custom shop.
