MGR/Metal Lives!
« B.C. Rich Mockingbird »
Published on 09/03/04 at 15:00I got this delicious axe from Rockin Ron's Music, in Kentucky.
This guitar simply rocks! It's a special edition. There's no finish on it.
The body is solid poplar.
It delivers monstrous tone.
The fretboard is flat.
It looks incredible.
This is not what I call an "all season guitar."
It's made for hard rock and metal. That's hardly what you would expect, having been sold in the "bluegrass music state."
Flawless construction from top to bottom.
I have an affinity for BC Rich guitars especially Mockingbirds.
Sure, they are radical, but who cares?
You could use this guitar for blues as well.
Just make sure to spike up your hair when you're on stage with it.
