Channel crossing, with body and solid mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard.
Chavelet Floyd Rose, D handle 24 cases and 25.5 pitch. "
Settings: Mic volume handle, bridge pickup volume and tone. A 3-position selector.
Micro is a EMG85 the handle and the easel EMG81
UTILIZATION
Very nice guitar, very well balanced.
It is not the lightest, but its weight is quite bearable.
The neck is very fast and offers good access to acute.
SOUNDS
I mainly play Black Metal (my favorite style), my opinion is therefore not necessarily the most open or most complete musically. That said, given its look, it is predestined almost exclusively to Metal.
To know that I used to play on stage coupled to a Laney GH100L Valveking 412 with a cab (he faudrais change HP).
To the rhythm I only use the bridge pickup. Many people are reluctant to sound cold edge of the EMG81 personally that's what I love. It helps here to have extremely effective rhythm. The sound is very well defined and kept clean at all times (when most heavily used tremolo-picking)
For solo I EMG81 also remains on the bridge that gives me the greatest satisfaction in this area. It helps to have a sharp attack, good sustain and brings out the treble. With a little reverb and a slight delay for melo solo, this is ideal.
For clean I pass either through or on the handle (EMG85). It helps to have a round and warm, which is especially nice for the clean. Playing with the volume (especially if you have a tube amp behind) you can play on the dynamics of the amp and get the sound interesting. To know that the clean pass on the 81 as well, then it's more a matter of taste.
In the end, the level there is nothing wrong and I tried in another style, even a little blues style or what it gave. Strangely, even though this is not the case with its look, this guitar is pretty versatile.
OVERALL OPINION
I use this guitar for 2 years, I had the opportunity to do quite a scene with and for anything I do not part with.
I have not had the opportunity to test a lot of other guitar sound level range (RR24, DBZ Venom, Jackson Demmelition, ...) and I must say that it is the comfort level Warlock I prefer.
What I like also the fact that it is beautiful, is its ease of play and quick set.
I would do this choice without hesitation.
