    UTILIZATION

I was accustomed to the sleeve of my Ibanez SZ520 QM I found already very nice, but that of the ESP Horizon III is over, I found the handling quite easy from the start despite the small differences from my ibanez and I did not need time to adapt, the frets and ebony fingerboard add some playability because it almost slips on the handle, no lock so for those who make a lot of shred that suits you scratching altogether.
Then, contrary to what I thought at first, despite the coprs mahogany (my Ibanez SZ520 is mahogany and very heavy) this guitar is certainly light enough through the body which is thin enough to play and therefore there is no standing problems such as sitting elsewhere.
Very good ergonomics, despite a body quite different from the previous horizon, after it true that the volume knob is a little too close to the bridge pickup so that one little bump in it but hey you get used to it gradually, What matter of habit!.
On access to acute it is very easy, no blocking that makes you fight to achieve them.
Finally I arrive at sound no problems getting a good clear whether or distortion but that I speak in more detail.

    SOUNDS

My goodness, sounds quite right for me, I play in styles varying metal or rock and this guitar is all about!
This gives enough sounds "hot" with this guitar and not cold and / or "brilliant" how is the case with the Horizon II, so even if its clear it was not as crystal clear sound of a Fender Stratocaster on happens to have clear sound quality with either the neck pickup and bridge pickup or split.
In all cases if this guitar is fairly specialized in the metal, it is quite possible to use other style, it's still versatile.
For now I use it with my little Line 6 Spider II 30watts while waiting to change the lights of my Line 6 Spider Valve 112.
I love the distortion on the bridge pickup and the neck pickup sounds clear

    OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a few days and right now this guitar is the feet!
Before buying it I tested the ESP Horizon FR II, and found the Horizon III above, it was unthinkable for me to make a guitar that would not sound good and it is clear that I did not like the clear sound of FRII on 2 mics (but especially on the bridge pickup), more I found the sound saturation too "bright", Horizon III and filled those gaps as well as being more pleasing to the eye from my point of view.
The only thing I like least about this guitar is the volume knob up a little or nothing to say that scratching is great!
I think that is good value for money especially since I got the price below the market and more with a color not found in the basic models.
I do not regret my purchase in any way and this choice I would do for sure (in a few months to see if I did not change his mind but I doubt)
