Deluxe Model Series made in Mexico made from 1998 to 2003.
Made in Mexico. it's actually the first fender designed from the plant to Ensenada.
Poplar body
round 24 3 / 4 "maple, rosewood key
22 medium jumbo frets
bridge crossing
2 humbuckers Fender "Atomic-Humbuckers"
UTILIZATION
Handle very nice (must love the logs what, I'm a fan)
access to acute, it seems to me but I play rhythm rather
good ergonomics, it is very heavy. I'm used to the jaguar, they are very close in terms of shape, weight and race.
we obtain immediately a sound warm and sweet. very complementary with the jaguar about me.
SOUNDS
For the sound I got what I wanted, with a fender humbuckers. it is said that "it is the fender gibson of." I'll change the pickups can be if I get tired of them, for now all is well.
as described above is warm and soft but not greasy like a gibson. it does not bleed at all with my vox.
its pretty clear with little effect (like reverb and tremolo on a Vox), the crunch really not bad.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for several weeks.
I like the sound of humbuckers, shape (slightly different from the Jazzmaster / Jaguar), color (yellow silver pickguard with graffiti about me).
good value for money
Yes, I would do this choice, I wanted it anyway.
it is rather rare, we see little opportunity. the guy is one of Dionysus.
