Canadian guitar made of Canadian wood, it was the Cheap model from Godin (500 euros new in 2000)
handle highway 24 cases in 2 versions: rosewood or key natural blond wood
2 single coil pickups that are not bad but can be easily changed against 2 rickenbacker for example (this is exactly the same size, format mini-humbucker)
The maple body is hollowed cavities: it participates in its knowing that the pickups are like on a suspended plate and not screwed on the body stratocaster;
it is a very light and endearing guitar, like all Godin elsewhere (the violin is always very well finished and it never feels the instrument made the chain unlike many other well-known brands)
UTILIZATION
the handle is the centerpiece of this piece instrument: the body is light wood, quite delicate to blows, but the handle is a real handle Godin super nice and on which you can play fast if it requires access to acute easy until the 24th box, but it is not the purpose of this guitar: it is comfortable in the surf, blues, British rock, reggae, song, and even Latin jazz;
with 2 microphones mounted on two volumes, we have lots of opportunities that are balances between the microphones;
SOUNDS
micro obviously changes the sound and attack this guitar so original it sounds good but not surprised, even though these microphones manufactured by Godin are adapted to the instrument, once the pickups changed, it reveals itself in another day, I have a model mounted with 2 p90, it sounds heavenly jazz blues, another with 2 rickenbacker, perfect for rock and roll;
OVERALL OPINION
this guitar is a small budget, a kind of light LG, LG and LGT (same brand) have a lot more bass, string instruments are thicker, but very cute Radiator does not have to blush before his big sisters: this is just another instrument, perfect for the song, reggae pump and of course the Surf;
and then its light weight makes me prefer other when I decided to play all night!
