«  versatility or personality? »

LGX second generation with Seymour duncan

UTILIZATION

luterie and exceptional playing comfort,
good access to acute
very good performance agreement

rather heavy, especially after a few hours of snooze ...
sensitive electronic (selector 5 positions) and the attachment of the strap preamp side, the retaining screw is shorter here.

SOUNDS

There is the eternal debate and the LGX is no exception
It's like the Rafale, he does everything in a very honorable but ...
Bah the LGX is the same!
She knows (almost) everything done thanks to the combination of humbuckers spitables + 5 position selector, the piezos + 3 band EQ and mix knob
And she does it well, very well even!
from blues to metal through reggae or funk, no problem!
it will pass with flying colors and times of your sets composed in concert

on the other hand, the studio is "how to ...", ie that the personality of a Les Paul or a Strat comes at the expense of the versatility of the LGX

OVERALL OPINION

I have used it extensively in rehearsals, concerts for several years in the first guitar
I have since succumbed to the charms of the telecaster that suits me perfectly but I am always happy to get out from its luxurious pouch (supplied), anyway it is never far away ...

This is a great guitar, very good production, rather reliable and versatile worth the € 1500 without any problems
