The guitars of the XXI Century come from the western part of France, where Kompozit Guitars manufactures instruments from glass fiber.
Kompozit Guitars offers a new concept of guitar body manufacturing using polyesters (glass fiber). The necks are still made of wood, specifically maple, with rosewood fingerboards. The bodies feature central “F” holes for acoustic sound resonance.
These are the basics, the rest of the features will depend on the user’s choice, Kompozit Guitars being primarily a Custom Shop. You can then choose between different pickups, electronics and finish options. All the guitars are made in France.
The Hot First model, introduced here, features Gotoh tuners, SP Customs Savage Beast humbucker pickups, a master volume, a master tone, a 3-way pickup switch and a pickup split switch.
The price of this model is 1540€ and the guitar is made to order. Pricing depends on the options selected. Discover the Kompozit guitars at www.kompozit-guitars.fr (in French).
