Ulrich Teuffel was present at Summer NAMM to showcase its newest guitar models of most unusual shapes.
Used by Billy Gibbons, Kirk Hammet or Matt Touchard among others, Teuffel guitars are manufactured and assembled by hand in the luthier’s workshop.
For series are currently available: Niwa, Tesla, Birdfish, and the high-end Prodigy.
The Tesla Prodigy in particular is available in a light grey finish. The fingerboard, pickup covers and control knobs were made from macassar ebony, and the pickups have noise controls.
All the Teuffel models are available on www.teuffel.com.
Orders by phone or email only. Expect to wait for several months to get your guitar – 30 models only are manufactured every year.
