This is one of the few vantage guitar factory in Japan and available in France from 1977 1983, the date which the mark t redeemed by SAMICK (coren) for manufactured the model more access between the range.
The guitar t placing on the market to compete with both the Gibson SG and the Fender Stratocaster with the quality of the instruments (mediocre) was unrelated to their price.
The Avenger MX 330 was sold to the era chre enough for japanese and did not encounter the success escompt. What to allieurs Entran bankruptcy of the brand.
Moreover, it is unfortunate because this guitar was normmnt of quality:
His violin: Japanese solid ash body of four pounds and giving little maple key nearly the percussive sound of vintage telecasters.
His accoustillage: Mechanics oil bath, very heavy brass vibrato to go up and down the Tone and never dsaccordant. I made the mistake of aillaurs to mount it on my strat fender + 1989 because it did not take the fender agreement and the rope broke high E without stopping. So I had to sell my Vantage in 1990 for 1500 francs ...
I regret normment this guitar and research for almost 20 years because I never find the same feeling yet I had jackon soloist, 2 strat including ultra strat pickups with lace sencer (ideal for the variety but completely dpourvu the fender grain. I was also a Les Paul that nightwalk grsillait as a toaster and 3 tlcaster one manufactured by a luthier.
I sold all his guitars, and I retrouv a bit the same feeling recently on a blade Abilene, Swiss-made chre 1993. Enough, The blade crushes the fender strat without problem.
- Electronic: Vantage Avanger MX disposed of the particularity of splittable humbuckers giving big gibson in position 1, strat sounds in position 2 and 4, a very balanced in his postion 3 and finally a telecaster in his postion 5. This gives a record of his vintage for challenging blues and rock and counrty no Souis. The only problem is that fashion microphones splitts they are sensitive to interfrences in position 2 and 4, resulting in heavy saturation of feedback but I meet with the same problem on my Gibson Kramer and even on really made for Mtal!
deliberately drawing the shape between the SG and stratovolcano is the reason I think the insussuccs of this guitar, guitarists like only very little originality why Starcaster has nearly run fender gibson same for M2.
In conclusion, I would say this guitar is in value because mconnue and 5 or 6 possde a person who is smart enough to not sell it. I see the argus is 80 euros, the devil! if I find one that price the gods exist ...

USE

Pretty nearly everyone except the modern Mtal.

SONORITS

The combination of maple and solid ash handle gives very sound and rights christallins fawn but the position 1 and 2 not splitted allow to have his Gibson SG ideal for rock crunch tr s Solid or distortion velvet ...

NOTICE GLOBAL

This is a really very unusual guitar I ever regret, only his blue kings can dranger but mine was pon translucent varnish. It is a very versatile guitar but unlike Ibanez, it possde a grain vintage me one. I think that such an instrument manufactured in Japan today would cost 200 euros widely. It largely Superior to fender Basic us who like Gibson, unlike the ide reu can very well or very poorly AGING (notice my luthier) and my guitar dealer pr fr. In short if you find a used 400 or 500 euros run the essay you'll see what I mean.
