The third volume of the 8DIO Hybrid Tools collection for sound designers and epic composers is available for pre-order at a special price.

Hybrid Tools 3 is a 4.5GB library featuring more than 2100 sounds, effects and percussions, including a new cinematic style. The samples are organized in 16 categories and will be managed in a 3D-type GUI that includes a mini-browser to sort the different explosions, drones, bends, drum kits, levitations, grooves, wooshes and more.

Also new in this volume is the new FX 3.0 engine that includes a Reverse function, a Chaos randomizing tool, a step sequencer as well as an effect section with trance gate, EQ, filter, convolution reverb, delays, and macro controls.

All the samples in Hybrid Tools 3 are in WAV 24-bit / 44.1kHz format and include metatags ; though the library is mainly designed for use in Kontakt 4/5 (full version required), you can also use the audio files in other software.

Hybrid Tools Vol. 3 is available for pre-order for the price of $249, it will be released on June 1st. You can listen to demos at 8dio.com.
