Published on 04/12/04 at 15:00I bought this amp from my local Soundcontrol for £330. I bught it because I needed a new amp that I could gig with, rather than my Marshall MG15DFX.
This unit has a great distorted tone, like the thrash/speed metal bands out thre like slayer, pantera etc. You can also get good 60's tones aswell. Set a little chorus to the clean setting and you'll have a really nice sound. This amp comes with 12 different amp models.
If you turn the volume up really loud, it starts to sound really different from the tone you practise with. Other than that it's great.
This amp is really good quality, I have dropped it loads of times but it is still in top condition.
Definetly buy this if you are looking for a new amp that totally kicks ass!
