«  Excellent converter monitoring »

Converter used for monitors, allows you to hear many details and manage the monitoring of simple and efficient way. You can choose between different sources: Analog 1 or 2 analog, AES / EBU and S / PDIF (one), and USB. Ditto for the headphone, the source can be chosen differently than monitors. There is also the option of sending the signal to two different systems of monitors. Dangerous Pity that did not provide listening with or without sub, with filtering on or off. That would have made a bit up the price, but I would have gladly paid the difference. Finally, it is possible to adjust the level for both headphones jacks (one knob) and monitors (one volume also damage: a volume system it would have been nice and it would align the levels of both systems).
The conversion quality is exceptional: many details, making it ideal for mixing. Previously I was using a great Mytek DA96 and Dangerous is a little better. One can say that finding a high quality with the Crane Song Avocet, which is much more expensive.
The Dangerous is a great buy (cheapest) that I do not regret it, but that can be improved (see notes above). Not on the sound quality (which is excellent), but on functions. Similarly, a transformer in more feet that is connected all the time and no on / off switch, it's a shame.
