I bought a krk ergo in 2009. I used it with satisfaction on time, but I was unpleasantly surprised to see this material into brick a few days after the end of warranty. Time to find the right person (krk usa, then the French distributor ...) Anyway, after several months of email exchanges and sending the device I get a repair estimate over 450 euros! for a defective part which falls in the harbor a few days after the end of warranty ...
The price of this type of material, I find this unacceptable!
I recommend buying this material clearly ...
