The installation took me 4 minutes by my watch!
The manual is in English ...
One branch of the system on its monitors (KRK VXT6) on channel A, connect the power cord is Firewire, No one lights NOW ITS ENCLOSURES, you plug the power supply delivered and hop miracle, a wonder the system calibration .
Here you can turn your speakers. If the lights before, when the power of ERGO, a huge bed comes from the speakers we shatter eardrums and I can not imagine is that the membranes of HP are ...
It took me 5 minutes to understand the pattern, I got taken twice for successful calibration. It takes 15 minutes by calibration.
In short, installation + calibration seemed to me so easy.

is the dynamic correction of the output signal of the speakers according to the acoustics of my room. My studio is in a cubic room of 12m ² merely a sofa and a cupboard ...
And there I was pleasantly surprised! I replay a dozen different mix to fully understand me and what happened there ... Well ... any defects that I found on other plays have focused on my speakers! That is, my room was sorely lacking in serious ... Since the medium is adjusted down, listening is thus:
- More balanced
- More Detailed
- The spatialization is much better.
From a usability point of view, is fairly basic: a large button (precise) for the speaker volume, a wheel on the right side for the headphone volume ...
Focus button / Global can see the influences of patch, it is, it allows you to compare before and after calibration.
So I put a small problem with this system ... I tried the stand alone mode with SPDIF and I have a very slight buzz on my speakers when in FireWire I do not! It is present at very low volume but it bothers me, I can not stand this ... It is not present in the headphone. So I guess it comes from the stabilized power supply provided with the ERGO, I'll do a test by replacing a power supply not better.
I have not tried other model before buying it ... I have read the opinions of the purchase.

Some incompatibilities between FireWire devices on Windows 7, you must properly configure default devices - but nothing blocking
The ratio Q / P is very good especially in occasion! € 350 for, no matter where you mix his tracks, a sound similar.
It cost considerably less expensive than acoustic panels 10aine ugly and bulky.
With experience, I would do probably this choice but it is difficult to say after 12 hours of use ...
