I use this headset for 3 months, for listening to mp3 via my smartphone and my pc. I also use when I play electronic drums.

Did you try many other models before buying it?
I have not really tried another model. I have an old philipps I liked but that is really beyond ... especially since I have the AKG!

What is so special that you like most and least?
Made by the high quality of sound (good bass presence, gain volume, good insulation, etc. ...) the other asset is the system of "folding" storage: Once placed in its case, it is very compact.
The downside: the look! This is not exactly the prettiest ... but personally, it goes in the background. Also cable a little longer than would have been better ...

Excellent! Given accessories, sound quality and manufacturing the top!

What is so special that you love the most, least?

Good space and a very good stereo separation of elements, a mix made pretty clear although not super deep.
Headphone and live music, a rather detailed and transparent (but not too much sail defects stamp anyway), live far enough from the horrors of headphone dry and lifeless other headphones in its class in the competition (I think especially in Sennheiser PX200 that I had available and I have my father has passed on in less than 2 due to poor delivery blatant, deliberate view!). A test of headphone Fnac had me immediately convinced of the 15 headphones "player" in all price confused listening it really stand out to my taste.
Easy to store, only the left ear cable, seems well made and solid, rather comfortable to wear even for long hours, well equipped with connectors (jacks 3 sizes!) Detachable cable and replaceable so if something goes wrong. Good insulation from the outside world on the go.

A low invasive and can not very well controlled, it is only real fault for this price range
Compared to the higher ranges (and higher prices of course) may seem a bit flat, lacking depth of restitution (3d) despite the very good separation of the elements of the mix.
Small flats for the smoothness of the cables so their supposed fragility and non-angled jack therefore more fragile especially Walkman walk in the pocket ...

In absolute rating 7/10 (because there is no 6.5) so considering the price and portability is a very good note. Yes I would do probably the choice.

I bought these headphones (I use it for 2 days) after mature reflection, because my good Grado Sr 80i bother anyone at night when I listened to my music.
I started looking for a closed headphone and balanced as possible. My choice was finally on the K450 and communication kit (very and too expensive for his part in my opinion).
So here are my impressions:
First of all speak of design, it is very small in any case much more than a Grado and will be discreet in public transport for those interested. Excellent presentation, excellent finish, no doubt is the AKG at its best, it's serious. Too bad the cables are so thin on the other hand. Speaking of cables, convenient being able to disconnect those below the headphone, good idea.
The box is small, strong and rigid, good as well. Short! top design!
Now lets ergonomics, the headphone is made especially for small heads, extremely large heads attention to try it before you never know. My impression: what's the point the head, it changes to an open headphone for sure, however, I started getting a headache after 4 hours of wear, we can say that it's not bad anyway, the pads are stuffed.
Go talk about her, the most important, then know that I at first was very disappointed with the bass, which at the reception were extremely oversized and slobbering. Then I left it plugged into my Macbook with a volume maintained for about 3 hours and there, wow! What's after a little break, and then what's since I have been using about 20 hours.
The highs are well defined and are not screaming bright even at high volume, mids are based on all types of music and the bass is limitless and his own to form an extremely homogeneous, precise, with an extra timing, d a musical worthy of a good Grado. The sound is warm and loose watts of all attacks of electronic music. In rock, you appreciate its homogeneity, its warmth and music.
In fact I would say that for modern music is nirvana with its extraordinary and serious for the rest of his warmth and musical content with any music lover like me.
I highly recommend it and is stunned on the excellence of this little headset design and his extra.
I like its universal, it can be used for everything (music, movies, games) in all genres of music. The value for money is excellent, no doubt you will not be disappointed, good buy for you!
