The newest model in the Recording King Century Jubilee Series, the Classic Small-Body guitar is made of solid Sitka spruce and supported with hand-shaped, fully scalloped x-bracing.
The all-solid back and sides are made from solid figured maple. The 4 1/2 extra-deep body helps to add significant volume and bass for players looking for full, round tone and projection, according to RK. The C profile neck is made from a single piece of solid mahogany with traditionally styled inlay on the rosewood fretboard.
The Recording King Classic Small-Body Acoustic features a classic 1–11/16 nut width, a scale length of 24 3/4 and a bone nut and saddle.
Pricing & Availability
The Recording King Classic Small-Body Acoustic will arrive in time for Summer 2009. It will also be available with a Sitka spruce top and standard mahogany back and sides. The all-solid models begin at $999.99, and the standard model lists for $599.99. Both come with Recording King’s lifetime warranty.
