With its two switchable channels, the HT-DUAL is the distortion pedal tube Blackstar most flexible ever created. Channel 1 has two modes, Clean or Crunch, which allows using either clean boost, or crunch. Channel 2 delivers tones from super crunch to lead sound hi gain. The switch system can turn your amp single channel amp with 3 channels. The ISF, Blackstar real innovation, will allow you to navigate between sounds while USA or UK record your guitar tracks has never been easier thanks to the output with speaker simulator.
About the ISF
This interactive control allows you to fine tune the response of the tone controls between the two voicings "traditional" U.S. and UK. You become the "designer" of your sound!
The ISF works in conjunction with the settings of bass, middle and treble to give you access to endless variations of sounds.

UTILIZATION

Easy to use and versatile, this pedal is definitely for all types of music from blues to heavy metal sound that spot. The downside, however, it would have been wise to be able to adjust the ISF regardless of the channel to hi gain crunch

SOUND QUALITY

Bluffed, I use it with a transistor amp Randall KH75 and there intake distortion is undeniable. Power and enormous wealth for the price

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for over two years and I never tire of it. I use it almost exclusively for playing riffs nag metalheads and sound of this pedal still manages to amaze me (as long as we want to sculpt a sound with the ISF ...)
Today if I were to redo this choice, it would definitely (and still BLACKSTAR METAL will soon go out and it is not said I will not let me try ...)
