The Ace Thirty is inspired by the legendary Vox AC-30 amplifier and features a pre-gain Class A Boost switch for the high-end that can also be used when the pedal is off to drive other pedals or amps.
The built-in 3-band equalizer features a Top Cut that, according to Wampler, reacts the same way and cut the same frequency range as the original.
Other controls include volume, gain and boost knobs as well as a Headroom 30–15 switch for the gain stages. The second available footswitch is a true bypass.
Inside the pedal, a trim pot allows for adjusting the input gain according to the pickups of your guitar.
The Ace Thirty requires a 9V battery or external power supply (Boss type connector).
The pedal will be available on November 29th, its price is still to be release. Demos will soon be online at www.wamplerpedals.com.
